People locate the town by letras de saucillo in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Saucillo. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Colonia Magisterial, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A flower order for a recipient at Cruz Roja needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For a patient at IMSS, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Cruz Roja has a listed address of Calle Cristóbal Colón 123; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Escuala Normal Rural Ricardo Flores Magón, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Primiaria 20 55? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Colegio Bachilleres del Estado de Chihuahua Plantel No.25 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Nuestra Señora de Gaudalupe, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Nuestra Señora del Pilar, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at San Isidro Labrador are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at restaurante, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
