For a recipient in Torreón, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Hemiciclo de los Niños Héroes is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Juan Pablo II in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Place a same-day order for Torreón by the local cutoff of 14:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Address details for Centro Torreón should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a recipient at Hospital Ángeles Torreón, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. Before sending to Centro Médico, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Holiday Inn Express, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Ibis, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When a funeral service is held at Nuestra Señora del Carmen, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Inmaculada Concepción de Maria are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Crowne Plaza, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Use the hospital’s full address for UMAA 90 IMSS, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Before sending to a workplace such as Torreón, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Cerro de la Cruz.
For a table booked at Applebee's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a delivery to a teacher at Bachillerato Técnico Industrial de La Laguna, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
A delivery for Colegio Elizalde is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
