Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Valle Real online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as ARAUCARIA (Escultura Metálica) are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Busto de Ernesto "El Chango" García Cabral in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For a recipient whose address is in Zona Centro, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Casa Blanca, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with HB Hoteles before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela de Especialización Musical, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Centro de Rehabilitación y Educación Especial de Veracruz, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Instituto Educativo Panamericano is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Amistad de Xalapa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Avivamiento, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capilla San Isidro Labrador, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Cabañas Don Luis? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Clínica Los Ángeles, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For a recipient at INSTITUTO DE ESPACIOS EDUCATIVOS DEL ESTADO DE VERACRUZ, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Chili's, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Sending to a patient at Hospital Ángeles calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
