Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Bjervaåsen.
For a delivery to a teacher at Lunde 10-årige skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Nome videregående skole, Lunde, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Nome voksenopplæring og Flyktningetjeneste is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Lunde kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Lunde Bedehus are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Where the delivery address includes Brukåsa, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Asia Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
