A florist in Haima handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Arabian Sands, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Haima Service Camp, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
If the service takes place at Al-Rahman Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Arabian Oryx Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Sending to a patient at Haima Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For someone working at Haima Municipality, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Abu Rakan Al-Haraoosi Trad, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
