You do not need to be in Atalaya to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Address details for Doña Hilda #1 should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check with the ward at Centro de Salud de Atalaya before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Escuela Boca del Nance, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escuela Secundaria Juan José Cánovas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela de El Barrito, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Basílica Menor Jesús Nazareno de Atalaya, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Internacional Cuadrangular, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Medalla Milagrosa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Atalaya Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a patient at Hospital Dr. Luis "Chicho" Fábrega, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Doña Hilda #2.
A delivery timed for a meal at Restaurante Black Lion needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
