Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Balboa. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Carlos J. Finlay is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Monumento Goethals are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Casco Viejo.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Policlinica Presidente Remon, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. For a patient at Hospital Santo Tomás, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
If the recipient is staying at Hilton Panama, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check with W Panama before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Avenida Balboa is the listed address of Hilton Panama; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Centro Familiar Vida Nueva, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Comunidad Apostólica Hosanna, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Union Church of Balboa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Hospital Nacional, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Address flowers for someone at Palacio Municipal with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Ancón, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Memoriales Capillas, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. For a tribute intended for Corozal American Cemetery and Memorial, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Crepes & Waffles, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a delivery to a teacher at Instituto Nacional de Panamá, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
