Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Yanaconas can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Yanaconas. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Asociación Pro Vivienda Amauta, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending to Centro Medicio CIMA SAC, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Clinica Ccotowincho, and address the order to the hospital itself.
A delivery for Academia Pre Universitaria Alexander Graham Bell is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Granja Escuela de Yucay, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Institución Educativa Integrando, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Capilla Virgen María de la O, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at San Pedro Apóstol, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Santiago Apostol are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Tambo del Inka, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a patient at CAS Urubamba - Essalud, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
When ordering for a recipient at Dirección Distrital de Defensa Pública y Acceso a la Justicia Cusco, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Charcahuaylla.
A delivery timed for a meal at Corazon del Valle needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a guest at Wifala Harmony Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Belmond Hotel Rio Sagrado, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
