You do not need to be in Biezyce to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Pomnik Corony Schröter are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Teatr Miejski is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Biezyce is 14:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Schlagsdorf should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the recipient is staying at Retro, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Noclegi Lawenda, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before sending flowers to Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Zespół Szkół Licealnych i Technicznych im Stanisława Staszica? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Zespół Szkół im. Mikołaja Kopernika is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Kościół pw. Świętej Rodziny are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Kościół pw. Matki Bożej Fatimskiej, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Nowoapostolski Kościół w Polsce, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel Pension Klinger, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Stadtverwaltung Guben, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a recipient whose address is in Grunewald, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If flowers are going to Cmentarz komunalny, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Elena, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
