Send your flower order for Vimioso online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Same-day orders for Vimioso close at 18:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check that Hotel Termas da Terronha can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of Rural Senhora das Pereiras, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Escola Básica do 2º e 3º Ciclo de Vimioso, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo com Jardim de Infância de Vimioso? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Igreja Matriz de Vimioso, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Capela de Pereiras, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Capela de São Sebastião, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at A Vileira, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a recipient at Câmara Municipal de Vimioso, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pires - Cafetaria & Pizzaria, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
