Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Hattendorf. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Denkmal is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Swentzel-Stöckl are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Hattendorf is 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Gries, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery for Fachberufsschule Wolfsberg is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at HTL Wolfsberg, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Berufsbasisschule und Polytechnische Schule Wolfsberg? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Filialkirche hl. Jakobus, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kapelle hl. Anna / Bäckerkapelle, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Pfarrkirche hl. Johannes der Täufer, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Café Adelshoff, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before placing a workplace order for Finanzamt, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Priel.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Schloss-Restaurant Wolfsberg, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
