Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Igoumenitsa. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in Graikochori, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Astoria, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel El Greco, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Flowers for a service at Agias Marinas are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Agios Athanasios, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Agios Donatos, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Aktaion, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For an address in Ladochori, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Amvrosia, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
