For a recipient in Kardítsa, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Equestrian statue of Nikolaos Plastiras in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Heroon to the Fallen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Kardítsa, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Agii Apostoli, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check that Hotel Avra can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
A delivery for 3rd Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Church of Zoodochou Pigis Kaminadon, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Holy Trinity Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Thessalikon Grand before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Arni Bistrot, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
