Arrange a flower delivery in Komotiní online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by The Central Heroon in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Dimokritos, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at OLYMPOS, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before sending flowers to 1st Lyceum & 2nd Vocational Lyceum, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at 7 Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Agios Trefonas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Chapel of St. Athanasios, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Anatolia can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a table booked at TRUST, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
