Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Luna. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Before sending flowers to Sala de Sport, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Școala gimnazială Luna, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Biserica Ortodoxă, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Biserica Ortodoxă Nouă, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Biserica Ortodoxă Veche are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel A3, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending to a workplace such as Primăria Luna, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Complex Lac Luncani, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
