You can send flowers to someone in Tulcea even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Zona Industrială Vest or Cartier C5, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending to a patient at Spitalul Judetean Tulcea calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. You will find Spitalul Judetean Tulcea listed at Strada 1848 32; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check with Europolis 2 before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For an order addressed to Europolis 2, the listed location is Intrarea 5 Livezilor 7; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Instituția Prefectului Județul Tulcea, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at City Bistro, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
