Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Au Cap. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Crown Beach Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hidden Valley Residence, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A delivery for Au Cap School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Catholic Church St. Andre, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Notre Dame Perpetuel Secour, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Casuarina Beach, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
An order addressed to Au Cap District Aministration should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Maison Marengo, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
