Send flowers to Amarillo from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Bivins Home are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Eakle-Archer House in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Amarillo, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Bivins Addition, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A flower order for a recipient at Panhandle Surgical Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Check with the ward at The Pavillion Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. For a patient at Vibra Hospital of Amarillo, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. For delivery details relating to Panhandle Surgical Hospital, its listed address is Southwest 9th Avenue 7100; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you are sending to a guest of La Quinta Inn & Suites Amarillo Airport, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Staybridge Suites Amarillo-Western Crossing, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amarillo West, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. East Interstate Drive 9305 is the listed address of La Quinta Inn & Suites Amarillo Airport; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Our Lady of Viet-Nam Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Central Presbyterian Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Saint Hyacinth Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Amarillo Regional Service Center, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the delivery address is Cox-Rowley Funeral Home, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. A tribute addressed to Llano Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at The Big Texan Steak Ranch, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Amarillo High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a delivery to a teacher at Randall High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Before sending flowers to Caprock High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
