Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Savski Venac. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Bust of Frédéric Chopin in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Monument to Emperor Nicholas II are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When the destination is in Belvil, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with Mercure Belgrade Excelsior before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Bristol, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Prague, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Кнеза Милоша 5 is the listed address of Mercure Belgrade Excelsior; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Deveta gimnazija „Mihailo Petrovic Alas”, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at OS „1300 kaplara”, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for OS „Ratko Mitrovic” is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Church of Saint Alexander of Neva are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Crkva Svetog Proroka Ilije, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Crkva Svetog Save, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Belgrade City Assembly, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Denkova bašta.
If flowers are going to New Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Dva jelena, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When the recipient is at Euromedik opsta bolnica, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Euromedik opsta bolnica is listed at Булевар уметности 29; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
