A florist in catalca handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by ARSAMIN YERİ in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Alaiye Anıtı are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for catalca close at 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For a recipient whose address is in Kaleiçi, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering for a guest at Gözler Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at My Reset Farm, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hallaçlı İlkokulu, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for İhsan Akdoğan İlköğretim Okulu is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Baba Nakkaş Camii, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Dağyenice Camii, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kaleiçi Camii, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Kleopatra Açık ve Kapalı Havuz, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When the destination is in Muratbey Merkez, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at İBB Çatalca Kent Lokantası, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
