Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Ortahisar online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Ortahisar close at 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Çamlık, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Kuzey Göz Eye Diseases Center, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. For a recipient at Imperial Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ata Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at TED Trabzon Koleji, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Yavuz Sultan Selim Anadolian High School / Fatih Sultan Mehmet Anadolian High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Hagia Sophia Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Catholic Church of Saint Mary, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kaymaklı Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Zorlu Grand Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for KTU Farabi Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Address flowers for someone at Governorship of Trabzon with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Çatak, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bay Lahmacun, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Gold apart, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
