At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Ain Taghrout, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Where the delivery address includes 400 dwellings neighbourhood, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a guest at Hôtel El Gourbi, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The listed address for Hôtel El Gourbi is Entrée Est d'Aïn Taghrout; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at CEM 19Mars, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for CEM Khoutir Bel Ayeb is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Lycée Abdellafi Boudiaf, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Mosquée Bilal Ibn Rabah, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Mairie accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at DAR EL QOBTANE, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
