Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When the destination is in Cité 160 logements حي 160 مسكن, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ecole moyenne de Fréha, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Ecole primaire, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ecole primaire Nedir Mohamed, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at djama3 almass hend wa3li, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Freha Dur, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Where the delivery address includes Cité 200 logements حي 200 مسكن, retain the locality when filling in the order.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
