You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ouled Yaich. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Monument aux martyrs du 17 septembre 1956 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For an address in Benamour, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Méditerranée, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Fortech training, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Mosquée El Qods, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at BN Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a table booked at Chez Guerguite, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
