You do not need to be in Salah Derradji to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monument aux morts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Salah Derradji, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Cité Kadri Ibrahim, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel El Mountazeh, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Hôtel Arc en ciel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at CEM Chihani Bachir, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at CEM El khansa, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Lycée Ferhat Abbas, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Abu Oubaida Ibn Al Djarrah, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at El manar, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at El wafa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Alexander golden tulip? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Sending to a patient at Centre de traitement de la toxicomanie calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
When ordering for a recipient at Annexe Mairie, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a recipient whose address is in Cité des 500 logements, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Zaïm Echam needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
