You can order flowers for Catumbela online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Address details for Compão should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check with Hotel Kuyoya before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Riomar, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending flowers to Colégio Cdte Dangereux, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escola Primária Mutuyakevela is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at ICEA, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Igreja de Nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at HOTEL SIDIA should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital São Pedro, and address the order to the hospital itself.
An order for a staff member at Administração da Catumbela should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Acala, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at 7 Grill, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
