Send your flower order for Dolores online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Abel Fleury are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Avión MIrage guerra de las Malvinas is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in El Cruce.
Before sending to Sanatorio Dolores, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. When the recipient is at Sanatorio Regional, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Sending to Plaza Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a guest at Arianos Apart Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a service at Capilla Sagrado Corazón, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Capilla San Cayetano, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Capilla de la Resurrección, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hospedaje Mitte, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Consultorios del Valle, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
An order addressed to Juzgados del Departamento Judicial de Dolores should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When the destination is in Embarcadero, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at La Alameda, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Nacional Aristóbulo del Valle, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
