Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in El Alcazar. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Same-day orders for El Alcazar close at 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in San Juan, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Sending flowers to someone at Bachillerato Orientado 19? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela 274, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela 276 Satélite 2, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Parroquía Inmaculada Concepción de María, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Evangelica Congregacional. El Alcazar, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Instituto de Previsión Social, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
