For a recipient in Santo Tomé, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Avión in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Facundo Zuviría are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For a recipient whose address is in Bosque de Santomás, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending to Samco Santo Tomé, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. The location listed for Samco Santo Tomé is Miguel de Azcuenaga 3550; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Casa del Obrero Estudiante, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Sending to Castelar Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a service at Asamblea de Dios, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Capilla Nuestra Señora del Rosario, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Nuestra Sra de La Paz are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Asociacíon del Ministerio Católico can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the recipient works at ARCA, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When entering an address in La Isla, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at La Estaca, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela 15 Juan de Garay, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
