Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Flowers for a service at Saint George Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Saint Martyrs, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
