For a recipient in Verin Dvin, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Yakov Sverdlov are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Before sending flowers to Norashen Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Berdik secondary school, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at The Middle school of Verin Artasht, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Surb Gevorg Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Village Administration should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Qavori Mot, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
