Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Walcha. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. John Oxley Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Walcha, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Walcha Central School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at St Patricks Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at St Patricks Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at St Pauls Presbyterian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to The Walcha Telecottage should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Cafe Amor, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
