You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Yass Valley. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as ANZAC Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Clemenger memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Yass Valley? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Jiparu.
A flower order for someone staying at Abode Murrumbateman should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The street address listed for Abode Murrumbateman is Rose Street 57; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Binalong Public School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Bowning Public School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Gundaroo Public School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Yass Community Baptist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Yass Vine Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Yass District Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
When ordering for a recipient at Yass Courthouse, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Address details for Merryville Estate should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a tribute intended for Gundaroo Catholic Pioneer Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Gundaroo Colonial Inn, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
