You do not need to be in Alkrucken to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Anna Bauer in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Die Heimat den Toten des Krieges is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Höllwiesen.
A flower order for someone staying at Viktoria should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Sending flowers to someone at Hort Wallern? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Hauptschule, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Volksschule is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Filialkirche St. Peter, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Pfarrkirche Pichl bei Wels, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at St. Jakob, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Frühstückshof Falzberger? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Address details for Niederthan should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Mexitalia, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
