You do not need to be in Dundeck to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. amerikanisches Waffenlager is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as ehemals Kapelle Maria Aich are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Winkl, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the service takes place at Engelskapelle, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Fossinger Kapelle, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kapelle Neulendt, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Redleiten accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Wirt z'Ebersau, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
