You do not need to be in Gmundnerberg to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Der Bauernhügel in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When entering an address in Mülnerhalt, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a service at Evangelische Kirche, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Kalvarienbergkapelle are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Klosterkirche der Karmelitinnen, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Altmünster, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If flowers are going to Jüdischer Friedhof, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Tapaletta needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
