Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Hachlham. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
A flower order for someone staying at Gasthof in der Exlau should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Mittelschule Hartkirchen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Neue Mittelschule Hartkirchen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Volksschule Hartkirchen, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Pupping, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kalvarienberg, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at OFS Pupping, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Gästehaus Schloss Aschach, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
An order for a staff member at Aschach an der Donau should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Fadingerstüberl, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
