You do not need to be in Heiligenblut am Grossglockner to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Bergsteigerdenkmal in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Kaiser Franz Josef is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Heiligenblut am Grossglockner. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
For a guest at Berggasthof Wallackhaus, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check that Hotel Kaiservilla can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If the recipient is staying at Landhotel Post, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The street address listed for Berggasthof Wallackhaus is Untertauern 20; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Filialkirche Pockhorn are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at St. Vinzenz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Bricciuskapelle, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Gasthof Tauernalm, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
