Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Klein-Ruprechts. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Flowers for a service at Pfarrkirche hl. Johannes der Täufer are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Kapelle Nondorf Großhausgemeinde, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Schlosskirche hl. Dreifaltigkeit, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Sportrestaurant Stefan Hinger needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
