Same Day Delivery
A florist in Matschach handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Franzosenkreuz is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Gedenken an SS - Opfer 1944 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Matschach is 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Flowers for a service at Alt St. Michael are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Filialkirche St. Helena, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Filialkirche St. Oswald, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Wahaha Paradise? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Lausegger, Landgasthof, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
