A florist in Wetteren handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Felix Beernaerts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Grafkapel Pottelsberghe de la Potterie is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Jabeke, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Bloemenlust, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Otus, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Winterhof, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The address given for Bloemenlust is Smetledestraat 61; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Sint-Jozef Instituut, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Sint-Lodewijk? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Vrije lagere school Ten Ede, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Kapel voor Maria, hulp der christenen, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sint-Annakerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Onze-Lieve-Vrouw ten Hemel Opgenomenkerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Gemeentehuis should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A tribute addressed to Begraafplaats Wetteren Centrum should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Casa Serena, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
