You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Alpestre online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Alpestre by the local cutoff of 16:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Alpes, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check with the ward at Hospital Nossa Senhora before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. The address for Hospital Nossa Senhora is given as Rua Doutor Alvaro Leitão 523; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Prefeitura Municipal de Alpestre, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Centro, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
