Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When the destination is in Centro, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital Nossa Senhora Santana, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. For an order addressed to Hospital Nossa Senhora Santana, the listed location is Rua Siqueira Campos 397; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Colégio Estadual Enedina Oliva? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Municipal José Nery Constant, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Grupo Escolar Juarez Alves Santana is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Igreja Matriz Senhora Santana, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Paróquia Nossa Senhora Sant'Anna, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Primeira Igreja Batista em Buerarema are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Fórum da Comarca de Buerarema, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When entering an address in Edmon Lucas, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
