Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For delivery on the same day in Canasvieiras, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Canto do Lamim.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Marina's Palace Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Palace Praia Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Residencial Soleil, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address for Marina's Palace Hotel is given as Rua Manoel Mancellos Moura 630; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escola de Ensino Médio Jacó Anderle is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Instituto Educacional Norte da Ilha, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Palavra Viva Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Paróquia Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Paróquia de São Francisco de Paula, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For an address in Rio da Palha, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizzaria Toscanella, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
