You do not need to be in Capao Alto to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Check with Hotel Fazenda Cerro Azul before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Emiliano Ramos? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora Aparecida, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Nossa Senhora de Fámita das Vacas Gordas, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Igreja Nossa Senhora de Fátima, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Pousada Lago do Amanhecer, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For flowers addressed to someone at Cidasc, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at El Dourado da Serra, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
