Send your flower order for Frei Gaspar online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Vila Rica, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Estadual Salmen Bukzem? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escola Mucipal Zelita Carlos de Oliveira, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escola Municipal Castro Alves is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Capela de São Geraldo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Igreja Adventista do Sétimo Dia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Igreja Evangélica, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Câmara Municipal de Vereadores de Frei Gaspar, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
