Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Ibirapuita is 16:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Bela Vista should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A delivery for Centro Municipal de Ensino Especial Tarso Santin is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at EMEF Leonel de Moura Brizola, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Estadual de Ensino Médio Saldanha Marinho, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Assembleia de Deus, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja Santa Catarina, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Igreja São João are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Posto Central de Saúde before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For someone in Centro, use that locality name within the delivery address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
