You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ipumirim. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When entering an address in Loteamento Bom Jesus, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the service takes place at Capela São Rafael, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Igreja Matriz Nossa Senhora de Salete are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Pentecostal da Bíblia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Hospital São Camilo needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
