Send your flower order for Japi online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Japi close at 16:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Before sending flowers to Escola Estadual Cel. Manoel Medeiros, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escola Municipal José da Costa Medeiros is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital Municipal Torquata Leopoldina da Costa, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
