You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Lagoa Vermelha. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the destination is in Alto Pedregal, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check that Alto da Lagoa can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at Novo Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending flowers to EMEF Léa Beatriz de Quadros Dolzan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Bom Jesus Rainha da Paz, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escola Estadual Agropecuária Desidério Finamor - EEADF is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Capitel do Profeta São João Maria, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Igreja São Paulo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Igreja Universal, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Lagoa Parque Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Justiça do Trabalho, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Address details for Cohab should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Alto da Lagoa, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
